Hi, I just want to welcome all that become part of my life so to speak. I like hiking some and waterfalls they are just so beautiful and somehow peaceful yet powerful. I think like many of those here. Being a women is more than putting on make-up and a dress. I think part of it is just being supportive and comfortable with feelings. What do you think ?

I agree wholeheartedly that being a woman encompasses more than just putting on some make-up and some clothes. It is that being in touch with feelings and emotions and being able to express them in meaningful, lasting ways. It is what helps us all bond in that special way.

Being a woman is our state of mind or we wouldn't be struggling with transition. Yes I love a pretty dress, lovely hair, makeup and did I say, shoes? But this is all just part of being a girl.
