Washington D.C. is leading the way for a brighter future for transgendered people, every city should do this!

This is the first known campaign to help the transgender community by humanizing who we are as individuals. District of Columbia officials have launched this new tactic to help people better understand that we are people with the same interests and wants as the average person, taking us outside the little box that has been created for us. In my opinion this is the cornerstone to a brighter future for us and if big cities across the country can follow in their foot steps this can change the worlds opinion and we can finally be recognized in a more positive light. Way to go D.C. finally a win in our fight against bigotry and hatred!
