The Color of Sunlight
The Color of Sunlight is an awesome book about a blind transwoman and the nurse who came to know and love her before she died. Yea, its a tear jerker, but it will so resonante with many of you. If you have not already read it, it is well worth the investment of about three days reading time and $20.00.

I read the book about Mischelle and met the author and writer Michelle Alexander and Rose respectively. I particularly treasure one sentence that the blind transwoman Mischelle Woodring spoke, "You can see more than with just the eyes"

It is a lovely book and I'm fortunate to have met Michelle and count her as a friend! She is such a lovely person, inwardly and outwardly. I'm also pleased that my copy is autographed!
