I know we all spend most of our time stressed in life, be it from just simply being transgendered, money, family or job. How do we deal with it? I know for some it is Alcohol and drugs or some other vice others take a hike, go camping or some kind of exercise regime. I have none of these I tend to just bottle it up inside and let it stew until I burst then everyone around me is in trouble because every little thing is like having fingernails scratched on a chalk board.
For those that take the high road with exercise how do you get motivated and stay motivated to do it everyday? I want to learn Yoga and Pilates but of course I can not afford to take classes otherwise I would be back in Ballet classes as well. I know I could do these at home as well but I just can not make myself. Any suggestion would be appreciated.
