"We are One"

I was out with my bff gf, a gg, as usual on one of my nights off at South Point.  We met this absolutely stunning 40yr old woman, who we found was twice divorced with 2 kids by each marriage. My friend is looking for a woman for one of her twin sons, who are 49. So she got the lady's phone number and passed it on.  They met and I think fell in love right away.

Then when they were talking a few days later, he mentioned me by my old name. She said she didn't know anyone by that name, then he said: "old name/new name." and told her I was a transwoman. SHE DIDN'T BELIEVE HIM.

I got this from my bff gf.

Thursday I go in for surgery to replace my 2nd pacemaker. The doctor insists on a more involved procedure I am not happy about. If I survive I will be back.

Survive, girl, survive!  Life is worth it and this world needs you. As for the matching making story, I have a ton of comments. The first is that it is terrific to have a BFF and so know you are blessed...

People don't know our pasts when they meet us as the person we should have been in the first place...

Transwomen are women. It is really that simple. And just like many other women, we come from a culture that is different from the majority. So what? Millions fall into that category...

Looking forward to hearing from you again and please accept my love and well wishes for a speedy recovery."'Do not go gently into that dark night..."

Thank you Caroline. I think now it will be ok. My bff I have known for 23 yrs, 18 of them pre-transition.

She is my rock, and I wrote a poem dedicated to her called: My Rock.

I thank all of you for your kind thoughts. I go in at 6AM tomorrow, and God willing will be back home by 6PM.

It is SO IRRITATING and MAKES ME ANGRY that the doctors will write at the beginning of their documentary that I am a transexual female and then refer to me in the body as he and him. I even heard them doing it in the office.DAMN IT MY ID IS FEMALE, I go in the hospital with F on my ID bracelet. Well my boobs and genitals will both be exposed in surgery as well as my beautiful red fingernails and toenails, and I will be wearing my short red wig into surgery with a transparent cap over it like I did last time. May surprise the surgeon, he has only seen me blonde! But when I had the EKG and was laying back on the table my blonde wig fell off, that was few weeks ago at their office, but a different doctor there.
