Hi Misty; You are a brave woman. I truly wish that I had been made aware of who I really was much earlier in life.

I really understand the happiness part. I transitioned to f/t in one day when I was 72 when I realized I had always been a female person. And I have never been happier in my entire life. The day I got the F and my new name on my DL was a real high for me; then a few days later entering the hospital as female, I guess the first thing I did as a female.  It infuriates me that the medical professionals still want to use male pronouns unless we have SRS. I am fully a woman whether I have it or not.

Good for you, Misty.  I am also what seems like a careerist on hormones.  I think you are incredibly strong for standing up for yourself and I hope that your wishes and goals all come to pass.  Mine has been an equally rocky road, but I'm a generation up on you.  If you ever have any questions about surviving yourself and I can help, feel free to get in touch.

Hi Misty My name is Lynn I live in Arizona I have been on HRT for year and a half I am 24 7 I have a friend of mine that is moving to Mich She wants to Change her gender marker on DL How hard is it in MIch to do that?

Lynn. Not that hard. She has to have either breast implants or legal name change or GRS or letter from Dr. But she has to have proof of any of the things I suggested. She has to get a form from the DMV If she is going to get letter from Dr.

I have two sisters that are real nasty about it but that's alright they have always been like that. Its good that you have such  wonderful supportive friends who love you, that's all anyone of us really need.
