Not sure if this has aired in the US yet but I wanted to let you know about a UK TV series that aired last year. I found it very inspiring, maybe it'll touch someone else. If you've all seen it just ignore me.
Youtube links. I hope u can see it there

Comment by Jessie Lynn Esme on October 31, 2012 at 9:42am I have not seen it but I will definitely give it a watch. Thank you for sharing.
Comment by Kathy Murdock on October 31, 2012 at 9:54am Thanks Becky I haven’t seen it. I don’t know if it is my imagination, but it has always seemed that the UK has a larger percentage of transgender individuals. I wonder if there is something in the water? I find this interesting because my dad’s side of the family migrated from there (don’t let the last name fool you).
Comment by Chelle Munroe on October 31, 2012 at 10:34am I have seen it, thank you. I forgot all about it. In fact, it was on the UK channel that I watched it on my laptop. Good series. Is it on again this year? As I said, I forgot all about it with so much going on in my life.
Comment by Beth Ward on October 31, 2012 at 1:22pm I have seen it and downloaded it to my Ipod touch when I am doing my walks I listening to the soundtrack. Its a great inspiration to me to keep taking that next step forward

Comment by Ritulia Vakaraite on October 31, 2012 at 7:23pm Thanks Becky for these video links. I've just seen 2 series of these TV series and it's really interesting and in HD. Tomorrow I will see the other.
For your information,I did a blog on PE last year about this series.I have since met a few of the cast, which was nice. The new series they are trying to put together is My Transexual Wedding.I think they are finding it difficult to find couples for this.Regarding one of your replies from Kathy about UK water, its only the water between the US and the UK thats the problem.Plus the UK is much smaller, but our media is very active in reporting trans issues.Anyway I do hope PE members can find and watch this series.
Comment by Lisa Watson on November 6, 2012 at 3:44am It has just aired in Oz for the second time on ABC2. I missed it the first time but thoroughly enjoyed watching it. Tears flowed freely during the last episode. I thoroughly recommend it.
