My Mai is so Selfish
How does one understand the Thai mind.
Here's me, going out-of-of-my-mind wanting her to return to me in the Land of Oz and Mai rejects me so she can fulfil a late obligation as a companion/carer!
I suppose I can't be complaining too loudly about it, it is only a 15 day assignment with an Aussie girl from Cairns, much better than the American girl, who would have kept Mai from me for 4 weeks, dammit.
I regress though, so to begin the story, Noi, who lives in Bangkok, is the primary person in a network I am setting up, of Thai companion/carers who give of their time 24/7 as complete carers/ companions of the highest order from, if you should want, the Airport, in Hospital( they sleep either on the lounge in your ward room or on a trundle bed) to being with you in the Hotel and wherever your travels, limited though they may be after surgery, may take you, to when you leave around a month later.
They fulfil all or any part of that time of recuperation, with you, totally dedicated to your needs.( Noi actually has a night or two off for her husbands needs)
The idea is growing and my wife Mai, when she is in Thailand and ignoring me( alright so that's a petty thing to say but she's NOT with me, is she) is currently( October) looking after an Aussie girl and that's my dilemma.
She was supposed to come to Oz to be with me, but Noi has a client, Kam has a client and the girl from Pattaya( I forget her name) has a client, so Mai, quite unreasonably said she could not leave this Aussie girl alone and I would have to wait.
Wait? Me!
Now how selfish is that!
These girls are fast gaining a well-deserved reputation for their selfless dedication to their charges, namely you and I can assure you that I get not a cent for their efforts but the fee they charge for this extraordinary service is worth much more than mere monetary cost to you.
Having a trouble-free recovery from surgery is something each and every one of us dearly wish for and the testimonials that these girls can provide is indeed priceless.
My Mai is so selfless, I wish I could match what she does..... sigh.

It sounds like Mai is selfless. And because of that alone Rach she is extremely beautiful.

I know Rachel therefore I LOL at your minor inconvenience. Poor sulking baby. Grab Fosters or maybe two, give them to the dog and be entertained watching him bump into things and pass out. Film it, put it on youtube.
Oh Heck, come to TX and I will take you to Lukenbach. I will have back in 2 weeks, promise?
Maybe sing "Evil Hearted Woman" or go down to the airport and sing "I'm leaven on a Jet Plane".
Now go get that Fosters and start the chain of events.
In all the dialog I forgot, who is selfish? Just maybe it might be?

I'm trying to upload( or is that download) a pic of my Mai.
When you look into those deep brown eyes you will see selfishness written all over them , such is the mirror they are.
I did, hahahaha.
Now how do I get that pic from facebook to here, sigh..........

I haven't got a desktop, I've got a laptop and the nearest I get to spanish angels are spanish mackerel which are good eating for their oily flesh.
We catch them at 1 metre long plus and growing and they fight like Tyson.
Somebody in marketing came up with the wizzbang thought that eating a lot of oil from fish will make you fit and healthy.
I'll go along with that, as long as I can drink copious amounts of the cold gold to wash it down.
Now, do I have to go out and buy a desk to put my laptop on or what?
Also, I read about Htwenty once and discovered that's the stuff that fish pee in so I eat as many fish as I can to lessen the pee effect.
