Lucid Dreaming

There is a discussion on the forum 'Do You Dream As A Woman'. I decided to leave a reply, but it had also stirred some memories.

I remember buying a book about Lucid Dreaming that I saw in Brighton. I had not long lost my wife. I guess I bought it to try and recapture something. I read it and tried unsuccessfully to lucid dream. Actually I can't remember dreaming at all. A couple of years later I read it again and tried some of the techniques again. I never managed to lucid dream, but had some memorable dreams that were intense.

In two I was female, but I was never able to take control.

Once I started going out in the big wide world I guess I stopped thinking about dreaming.

I've rediscovered that book and perhaps I'll read it again. If nothing else I'll get a good sleep.

I guess this is a strange post and maybe I am just weird, but to be able to take control of a dream would, I think be an amazing exprience.
