I got a new job!!!!
What a great start to my transition; I started full-time in early August- finally started sending resumes in late september. Voila I got an interview with a major telecom company last week- interviewed as Ashleigh; never felt more comfortable in that type setting. Anyway, job offer came this morning!! So excited!!

Im so happy for you.. Its a great accomplishment. Coincidentially, I too got a job offer which I accepted today - but not at Jillian. Your accomplishment is much more meaningful.

Congratulations. It is much easier when you are hired as a woman. Just don't let your old name bite back.
I have listed my old last name as my maiden name; and other places used Mrs. X X for other names.
Got me through the federal hiring unscathed.

Wonderful news Ashleigh!
My girlfriend started her new job 3 weeks ago and had two prayers answered: 1. she didn't want to deal with the public 2. she wanted to make more money. She had told me repeatedly (she tends to repeat herself OFTEN and many times within even a few minutes, emphasis?) she would rather shovel sh*t than stay at her old employ, so what does she do? She works for a company that records urinalysis...close.
