How do you tell your children?

Stacy;

I have 5 children 2 of them have ADD and one suffers from depression.  I felt the exact same way as you do, however with much thought my my spouse and me got tired of living a lie.  To our amazement 2 of the five were already aware of it and were much relieved and very gracious when we told them.  They all stated that they loved me no matter what.  The anxiety I was feeling turned out to be all for not, and my judgement on how I thought my children would respond turned out to be totally false.  Please seriously think about telling your children you will be amazed at how they respond, remember though the delivery of the message is very important.

As sure as the sun rises in the morning, they are going to find out, one day, somehow, from someone.

How do you think they will feel if that someone is not you?

How long can you continue the lie?
