I just completed the 'Making Money In Music' survey at this site--http://futureofmusic.org/article/research/artist-revenue-streams-pr...--and they included "Transgender" as a third gender-ID option.

You have to get an email from The American Federation of Musicians for the right link to the survey. Allison and I were trying to find that link from this web page, but we can't.
