Okay ladies ! I need some help hear , I am a 5'10 person and I am around 215 lbs . I need help with figuring out what I can do to loose weight ! My goal weight I am trying for is 150 lbs. And I want to try and loose this as soon as I can and with out turning into a gymaholic! LOL I currently work with pre school kids (a fair bit of running and so forth with them even though it may not seem like it) , spend time with my kids as well take the dog for his walks, go on hikes when I get a chance go swimming , you know the usual things . I just want to loose this weight so I feel better over all about myself .
