There are four parts to Kimberly Reed's speech on her employment experiences, which she gave at the Out & Equal Summit this past fall. As you'll see on YouTube, there were other speakers there as well. I'm not sure of any other "T" speakers.
Anyway, Kim had some interesting things to say about her starting transition and how she got her career re-started. She also speaks from the heart though you must read through what she is saying, on hrc (you know who) and ENDA. Though she transitioned in the early 90s, things may not have changed that much depending on your career and geographical location.
