Got my stitches out today

Went and had my stitches removed from the shoulder surgery I had last Thursday. My Dr said I was doing very good. Showed me photos of the inside of my shoulder before and after what he did. I should be good to go. I received my therapy orders. My therapy will be done in the same building so I stopped in to make my therapy appointment on the way out. I hand my orders, DL and Ins card to the cute girl behind the counter and we are just chit chatting away as no one is in today to do therapies. A woman comes in for her appointment and discovers her therapist isn't in today. The girl apologizes as she has made a mistake. She starts to go through the book and this woman says, Oh go on and finish with her first. meaning me. I smile and the girl behind the counter smiles as well but doesn't say anything. She gets her appointment and leaves. Nothing is said after she leaves. I get my appointment and she says we'll see you Wed and it was a pleasure meeting you. I have my everyday earrings in, a little makeup, shorts, flip flops with my lady bugs toes. I'm not wearing a woman's top today. My hair has been growing out and is about halfway down my ears and it is the same color as my profile pic. I'm being called "maam" more and more and almost once a day at least. I'm enjoying this to say the least.
