Here's what I'm hearing about this type of procedure...I'm not an expert on the science of skin, but there does seem to be merit in this...
you have multiple layers of skin...the layer at the deepest level takes about 4-5 years to be your surface skin...massive electrolysis sessions abuse the tissue down deep and the healing that takes place sets itself up for lots of scar tissue to be formed...4-5 years later, this scar tissue becomes your outward appearance...
Since this is so new, there really hasn't been much to dispel or prove this being "safe" regarding scaring...
That is the only reason I'm holding off on it...would really like to hear more from others that can shed light on this beyond what I'm wrestling with...

Actually the concern is that your facial hairs are the most dense on your body and the proximity to each other and then their attempt at healing following the zapping is what might cause the scarring...and it will take 4-5 years to see it since it will occur at the deepest layer of skin...that is why I am concerned...maybe a professional medical expert can shed some light on this for us all..
I turly hope it is OK Rachel and Dana...I too would love to go that route, but I remain cautious...

i have been to the electrology 300 in texas and have had 4 treatments now, and i am totaly satisfied and they where real profesional too
all of mine have been 8 hr sessions
