That is one option I never investigated. I swear I have read as much on hormones as the library of congress over the years since I transitioned, and I can honestly say I know more about than my primary care physician, and he understands that too.

Damn computers: should read:  about it not about. Caremore gives me spiro and only charges $3 for a month of estradiol pills 2mg.

There are better options available online with no prescription and they are not very expensive. Estrogel by itself would be more effective than birth control pills I imagine.

I would like to see one example of DYI HRT really being dangerous. That is absolutely a comment without any re4search behind it. Fact is the mortality rate for those who DYI or those who get supervision is no different. There is no data that suggests that it is dangerous just opinions. Show me the data. Estrogen is not a controlled substance so the FDA must disagree with that whole idea that it is dangerous.
