Ashleigh minus the Y!!
Hi everybody-
Ashleigh here- My mantra is minus the Y; hence the more untraditional spelling of my name. I'm in my early forties and started transitioning a few years ago but at a slow pace; things have since intensified and I'm full time, on HRT and planning ffs and srs within the year. I've never been happier than when I had the courage to turn the corner and get on with my new life; I may be the epitome of all encompassing when it comes to my interests. I'm as comfortable in Manolo's at a formal as I am watching my beloved Denver Broncos in sweats; my girlfriend is now clowning me as she has never seen me in sweats (Kind of a diva I suppose)! Anyway, I love football, the beach, Miami, a game of craps, SUNSHINE, and welcoming in friends to my life that I had kept hidden in a dark place for a long time. Hope to meet some of you next week in Atlanta. xoxo Ash!

What fun to connect your name to the ancients. I have to presume these long spellings can be traced back to ancient Gaelic. I will not be at SCC this year but I know you will love it. Say hi to all the Pe girls for me.

I know what you mean about the different spelling as I spell my name Chelle (pronounced as Shelly). So I dropped the "s" for a "c" and the "y" for and "e". Thanks for sharing your message.
