I can not speak for any other trans women but I can surely speak for me. I knew I was a girl when I was five years old.
As I laugh now at this particular memory in my life that got the whole transgender ball rolling - I walked over to my mom who was watching tv. I had a butterknife (lol) in hand, boy part in hthe other hand and told her "mommy, I dont like this can we cut it off" LOL, Seriously, I was in therapy the next day. The year was 1979, and I had just started kindergarden.
As my psycologist told my parents, "you need to get HIM (ugh) into boy stuff". So My dad made sure I played baseball, football, skateboarding, etc. If it was a stereotypical thing for a boy to do, they shoved it down my throat.
So, as teenagehood came around, my love for girls just grew - thus sparking the "how can I be a girl if I like girls?" question. So being an intersexed individual and having breasts (ugh) I started bodybuilding to A. prove to myself that I was a boy and B. I figured, I'd gain enough muscle to ruin my body to the point of I could never be a woman.
Oh my god how I regret that now. (sigh) I can tell any person how to gain muscle if they want to bodybuild. But can anyone tell me how the heck to lose muscle? I have searched the web, time and time over. I really haven't found much. Only this person named "Raverdyke" who was a probody builder. But other than her, I havent found anything.
I'm curious, if any of you are in this boat or were in this boat, what did you do or what are you doing to lose muscle?
