Well , almost 2 months have past since I officially started on my hrt. I do admit I have seen differences , skin is softer, my hair seems to be filling in more and my body hair seems to have somewhat slowed down in how fast it grows back , I have also noticed my chest is certainly alot more sore n tender over all and yes I have seen a little bit f growth as well. My wife says I almost have a teenagers brain now as I am eigther forgetting things or I am not hearing what is being said as well. As far as the contemplation of why am I doing this , ya most of it has past yet there is a very small piece that wants me to keep asking it but that is what I have a physciatrist for to talk these things and other things over . I have another appointment with my hrt specialist at the end of the month as well and I am expecting great things as well then. I have not posted any new pics on hear as of late just because well..... even though I have seen little changes myself , I have yet to see any significant changes that I would like to make present as of yet. OH another thing I have noticed is my muscles are hurting ! Some days it's my arms then hips then legs then back or where ever possible when ever . I have also been experiencing what feels almost like little pricks of needles in my groin area , has anyone else felt this?
Danica - Always remember that not only aren't you alone but too many of us to count have made the same journey. So the only thing I would advocate is to never ignore that little voice questioning what you are doing and whether it is the right thing. I firmly believe that it is only when you don't listen to your own questioning can you go wrong.

Comment by Nathine Tereana Goldenthal on October 4, 2012 at 9:32pm You are concentrating too much. Breast changes start to occur at 3 months, skin changes noticeable at 6 months, hair changes at 6 months to a year ( the hair staging cycle is 18 months to 24 months). Things will happen, and when they do you will know. As for the euphoria, that is real, and occurs at around 2 months, crying jags at 4 months
Have fun.
Comment by Danica Athena on October 5, 2012 at 10:06pm thank you Daralyn , Erin & Helen for the encouragement ! Nathine , you know EVERYONE reacts differently to meds and Everyone progresses at different speeds. I am not concentrating on it too much , infact I am leaving things to take it's own course. My Dr who prescribed my meds also told me to expect some changes fairly quick and well........ Daralyn , you are absolutely right ! the one question that I keep hearing is " and why are you doing this again?" to which I can always awnser it with because this is who and what I am to be , you know you are not male and then the voice comes back with " right on ! keep going then , don't stop !"
