- I am a transgender MTF who identifies as lesbian. I lived as a female full time in my 20's and 30's and returned to my birth gender to work and raise a family with my partner. After 22 years together, we have separated and I am returning to my female presentation at least part of the time. I'm a loving and kind person and I'm looking for female friendships. I am known as a "Lesbro Femme" to my lesbian friends. :-)
