I'm Transitioning At Work

Posted on March 29, 2013 at 6:56pm 14 Comments

I did it! I told my last group of patients today, four out of four want to continue to work with me!!! Literally 97% of my patients who are established or new patients I informed of my transition want to work with me and had many positive and encouraging things to say about what I am doing. I will leave my position on vacation on April 24th and return on May 6th with my legally changed name of Lauren Elisabeth and…

What Happened to Sage Smith?

Posted on December 18, 2012 at 9:01pm 7 Comments

Dashad "Sage" Smith has been missing since November 20th in Charlottesville, Virginia. A 20 year old woman of trans experience, she had met a man on Facebook from Minnesota, we are told. This man, Erik McFadden, according to the news reports came to Charlottesville from Minnesota and was to meet her at the Amtrak station, as reported in The Daily Progress. He was described in the press as a "person of interest", was interviewed by the local police and then…

Lauren,

Thank you for both reading and commenting on my blog. I appreciate your honesty and sincerity. You are a very beautiful sister both inside and out and I pray a blessing over you on your journey that Daddy would open every right and perfect door for you and keep your feet firmly and securely planted on the path in your journey into womanhood..

Your sister,

Charlena

I am glad things are going so good in so many ways. Sorry I have not kept in touch as often as I should have. Keep up the good work and give my love to Pattty!

Hopefully one of these days I can make it back over to your area.

It would be so nice to get out again!

I was thinking about your recent blog about not posting as much as before.

I know you have been taking care of the more important things. That is great!!!

And you interest in putting the needs of family and your patients ahead of your own, is worthy of imitation! Bravo!!!!

I find my involvement with P/E or other trans sites many times is less than it was at one point in my life.

I just want to live as me and sometimes when I am able to be out and just living life, I don't really think about being dressed, presenting female, or anything else, I just go about life, and you know, at those times I feel the best about myself. I am me, Cindy Jones, I really don't care what others think and I'm not trying to impress or get the aproval of others.

Trouble is when I am out being me I many times get lost at Kohls or some other store and hours go by and I have a large bag of wonderful things. I am not sure I could ever wear all the pretty things I buy but....

So please keep in touch,

Huggs to you two,

Cindy

Hi,

Just got your note and reviewed the test... Kind of interesting but in common use back in late 80s & 90s when "quality management" was of some importance to business. However, it seems today the only thing of import is the bottom line and people, sadly, are a disposable commodity. One does not have to be transgendered to qualify for the rubbish heap.

However, it's likely important for one to consider the type of woman that they are and where they believe or intend to go with that. For me, I'm la femme d'maison... housewife and simply delighted to be a trans female.

Blessings

Charlene Marie
