100 Words About Me:
Hi every body,

My name is Lori, I’m a male to female transgender type person. I’m not seeking genital corrective surgery, but one never knows what dreams may come though. Gynecomastia has given me a jump-start on breast but I would like to start hormones to help them along. Micro-phallus Disorder has all but removed my penis, a Bilateral Orchiectomy would make me very happy.
As for life in general I'm laid back quiet home-body type for the most part but I like to get out occasionally. At home I like to take on or share the domestic things. I like to keep a clean house and as for my abilities in the kitchen; I worked most of my life as a chef. As for the outdoors, I like gardening, rock-hounding in the desert, flea-markets, long drives through the mountain passes and I absolutely love camping and fishing.
Religion and politics: I am an ordained Unitarian minister but people our age are usually pretty set in our convictions and I would never try and sway anyone's beliefs. I have some intelligence and can hold some deep and intellectual conversations. I am spiritual but not religious I believe in god in my own way. I study a vast variety of spirituality. I like discussing theory's and thoughts about life and all forms of religion and spiritualism of all cultures. I think it's the best way to grow and evolve spiritually. I believe it is the moral responsibility of the individual to make their own happiness or unhappiness as they obey or disobey nature's physical and spiritual laws. I do my best to be cooperative, be helpful, be humble, be honest, be happy, live positively, and love my fellow man. I have no hate, no envy, no jealousy, no negativity, no racism, or discrimination of any kind I have a live and let live policy.
I have no love for money or materialism of any kind. I place a high value on the people in my life and life itself. I don't fit any labels, I don't fit into a box, and I may not even fit in at all... But I fit in just fine with those who are just fine with me fitting in. I am myself without apology. Put simply a female brain in a male body! I lived most of my life as society dictated to me, pretending to be the "man" everyone expected me to be. (Male body so act like a man) I started living and dressing as Lori full time about three years ago. I am not 100% passable as female. I pass by not passing. I present my past as my past because I'm past it. Does that make any sense? I don't need to tiptoe through my world or remember anything but my real life story; it advertises my presence, my reality and my differences. Because my presence my reality and my differences have purpose. I am just me, I am Lori I am just a person.
As far as my sexuality I played the part of a heterosexual male for many years of my life but it never really felt rite. I like women and once considered myself to be a lesbian trapped in a male body but I also have an interest in men. So bisexual maybe?? Ya see this is why I don't like labels. People are complicated, gender is complicated. There are female brains in male bodies and vice versa everyone has the need to be who they are. We were "not" put on this Earth to die a half lived life and denying ones true self can lead to feelings of frustration and confusion. While embracing the gender that your heart knows you to be can bring about a sense of harmony and peace within your soul. I truly accept the fact that my femininity is not going away. I now except that she is a part of me, not apart from me. She is not a separate person she is the true me she is the woman within me that is my very soul. I will embrace her with grace and dignity for she is after all in many ways, the very best part of me. If you want to know more about me just ask.

I bid you the warmest hugs, peace, love and light,
~Lori
