- Hello all im very new and very shy about this new wonderful world i am discovering. I am 110% girl in private because i am too scared to go public because of what people may think.. in private i believe i do good for myself dressing up.. but i want more much more i want surgery and to let out my inner girl... I just really need support and maybe find people in my local area.. My face needs some feminization. But here before long im wanting to go to a doctor to get information. The only thing im worried about it money... and the cost of having all of this done and going through it. But at any rate im new to the community and i hope im greeted warmly with open arms. If im greeted with open arms ill hug those who do :D:D
