- A new year had brought many big changes in my life, including a new job. I've spent several months working on the workplace gender transition guidelines with HR at my last company and now I get to do it all over again. The folks at the company I am starting with have been great about my transition situation, which has restored my faith in man. Meanwhile, my personal life has also stabilized, letting me once again focus my attention (what little I have left) where it needs to be, on my two wonderful children. It's amazing how the little things become so much more important after a big change in one's life.

Hi Katherine; Transitioning is such fun, I didn't think I knew so many people. I came out at work in March, and just had FFS in July. Do you ever get tired of teaching people about this medical condition. take care Sharon
