Do you or could you express the musical as having a light-hearted fun comedy angle?
If so, the way to arrange a tour down under would work would be to link up the Adelaide fringe festival with comedy festivals in Melbourne then Sydney thereafter. There may be other linkage possible to permit visiting cities other than Adelaide, just ask the fringe organisers. The fringe run over a month is a great festival, much more about newer innovative acts and more modestly priced tickets.

An example is a 1 hour performance titled When The Sex is Gone, as the show promo says 'a portrait of romance-infused eroticism, as told by a foul-mouthed split-person hermaphrodite. A stripper and a boxer, musing over broken hearts and drunken brawls'

I am really supportive of your live act, it appears to be such a departure from tired old format drag shows and is a necessary element to modernising the expression of transgender performance art.

Welcome to the PE community. I'm fascinated by your idea of a transgender musical and would like to see the performance. I may need to travel to the US to make that happen.

Ever thought of coming out to Australia'a festival city, Adelaide, in Feb/Mar for the fringe festival? Is the same concept as the Edinburgh fringe in Scotland, only nights are warmer! Or even the cabaret festival which runs in June.

Reply if interested and I can provide more background to the Oz idea.
