I am a mix of both male and female. My gender is a mix of both. Some days I feel more male than female, somedays I feel more female than male.

I am not sure how to proceed with the next and almost final step of going for the final surgery. I have completed everything else except for this one very important step and for me, it's a confirmation of who I am as a person. There's just one problem. I have no idea how I'm gonna afford it. I for the life of me, cannot seem to gather the money I need and how to keep the money I have raied. I have a serious problem, but I'm stuck. Suggestions?
