- Fantasia Fair is the longest-running annual event in the transgender world. Started in 1975, the Fair returns each October to Provincetown, Massachusetts on beautiful Cape Cod. Fantasia Fair is run by a non-profit group and is put on each year as a service to the trans community. The Fair offers workshops on a wide variety of topics - from gender theory to wig care and draws as presenters some of the most respected names in the trans world.
