I used to be crazy with fitness & health. At one point in my life I was about 175 pounds, bench pressing about 245lbs to appear more "masculine" in years before I came out. Now, I'm on hormones for about a week and I currently weigh about 165lbs mostly muscle :/ ughh lol . I only plan to workout 2-3 times a week with a healthy diet. Hello.. :) I am 21 years old and I'm Filipino-American and I live in New Jersey. I have an older brother(30 years old) and a younger sister(16). I came out this past October and my immediate family seems to be supportive yet still need to be educated about transgender related issues. But things are going my way.
