I have had a lot of disappointments and most recently I had to spend the $13K I had saved to care for my disabled wife, daughter and grandson all at the same time. Now the nose, chin, brows and face work will have to wait another 14 months. I am sick and very depressed over it, but this is no time to be selfish, so I keep telling myself to woman up and get on with my feminizing, albeit more slowly. Hugggs, Laura Jane.
