- My name is Brenda. I have known all my life that I was a female and now I am complete. I am what is called: a post-op woman. A surgically corrected woman. I now believe how wonderful life is. Sometimes I catch myself smiling and just enjoying the day. I still plan on having some FFS, maybe next year.
It is now a year since I had my SRS. My life has changed so much, that I almost do not know where to start. All of my past male self and belongings are gone - except for the junk mail. People accept me for the woman that I am. For those curious, yes I have had sex as a woman; and yes have experienced orgasms - Thank you Dr. Saran of Thailand.
I am only on estrogen replacement and will be for the rest of my life. Regular female hormone produced breast - 38 C cup, still narrow hips but that's okay. Hair - thankfully I have a full head of hair -sort of white blonde- but it is mine and now is 2/3rds of the way down my back.
I just wanted to say that this site was God sent and wanted to thank everyone who have offered advice and shared their knowledge and experiences. I am humbled by you and bow to your grace and kindness.

It is now 2 months since I had my SRS and yet it somehow seems a life time ago.
I have never been happier or felt more "right" in my whole life. 2 months ago I was nervous ...awaiting surgery that was "just for me". I felt I was a woman trap in a man's body and to that extent I know that my feelings were true.

Thought I would bring you up to date. On Nov 2nd I had my SRS in Bankok, a week later I had a brow lift and bossing. Everything has gone wonderful, Dr. Saran is the kindness, most compassionate Doctor I've ever met. As part of the surgical cost you also recupe at the hospital in a hotel like suite section of the hospital. after I spent my recovery time there I had alloted myself the rest of the month to recover slowly and do a little site seeing and shopping.
