- Hi, I'm BreeAnn, I first knew that I was a girl inside when I was about 4 or 5 years old. I always played dress up with my sisters and the other neighbor girls. One day I was told I couldn't anymore. Then of course I went stealth through my teen years and didn't dress at all in my 20's (single years). I started again a couple years after I got married, just trying on a dress.. For the last 12 years, I have been the woman you see it the pictures, part time, but loving every minute of being the woman I feel like inside.

Flying without female ID, what's your experience?

I'm thinking of being a bit more brave. I'm flying to Las vegas next weekend and would like to fly as Bree. I do not have female ID at all and while it would help to have it, I have read that's it's possible go through security and fly without it. I hear that I might get a little extra screening but that's ok, I seem to get that a lot anyway. The other possibility is to change in a family restroom after I pass security putting on foundation and quickly doing the rest in a more private…

Back in May I posted about a very candid conversation I had with my mother about the fact that I dress as a woman when I can, and that I have felt like a girl since I was 4 or 5. It went well, I showed her pictures, (she thinks I'm gorgeous) :) and she totally accepted my female side.

I knew my Mom was caring and thoughtful of course. But I just didn't think she would do well with the information that her third child, second son, would have rather been born a woman, and feels so very much like a woman inside. She has known about my "dressing" but it wasn't until this morning when we had time to visit at her home before I flew back home that she decided to ask about it.
