- 28 yr old pre op trans girl, just on here seeking information regarding FFS. I will be scheduling my FFS with Dr. Cardenas in Mexico and hope to be able to meet and chat with other girls who have had any experiences with him. I do plan to complete my physical transition with srs, but for now I must focus on having ffs. I received my quote and it includes, forehead remodeling, revision rhinoplasty, and chin and jaw shave. I'm really hoping that this surgery will help me with my self esteem and confidence.

Hi Angel, you are already a beautiful woman if you asked me. I just started seeing a therapist in Miami and she is awesome. Maybe you can help me...I need to find and electrolysis tech that's affordable, private and TG friendly. Do you know of any? I am still quite a bit shy about going out and about. I am going to my first support meeting on Dec 21 and I am terrified but Ive got to do it. Please let me know if you have any suggestions.
