"We are One"

My daughter & I

She's my little "minime." She wasn't always supportive of my transition. She went through the 5 stages of grieving over the "loss" of her daddy. The anger stage was the worst and the longest, but after several months, she finally came around and she said to me, "You know the last year-and-a-half was really rough, but I'm glad I went through it." And THAT was when my hope and faith was realized!

Lana, what a great picture and tough but great story to go with it. Made me tear up a little. :) Seriously.

My daughter is super supportive, but I wonder how she will deal with it when transition is at the door. I think she will be awesome, but we never know.

What a precious photo! So glad that your daughter finally came around to being supportive of your transition. She really does look like your little "minime." You are both very beautiful ladies.

To see you so happy together with your daughter - both happy and smiling - and also to read your story is so wonderful! I'm so happy for you that she has accepted your decision and your way and I'm happy for both of you that you have both found together again after a long time of being divided in "two worlds"! Love & many hugs to your daugther and you!
