Share 'Flying without female ID, what's your experience?'

I'm thinking of being a bit more brave. I'm flying to Las vegas next weekend and would like to fly as Bree. I do not have female ID at all and while it would help to have it,  I have read that's it's possible go through security and  fly without it. I hear that I might get a little extra screening but that's ok, I seem to get that a lot anyway.  The other possibility is to change in a family rest…
