Hej Samantha. All my friends (8) with children had no problems with their accepting, but most, like me, had adult children. I suggest disgusting the issue with a therapist and looking at transition web sites. I would guess your children will not have a problem. They are much more sophisticated and open than we were. They may have noticed something already.

Hej Teri. You need an endocrinologist to supervise your HRT. Ask your primary care provider for a referral. You can meet through Telmed and avoid travel. But, if you travel, don't forget to stop by the travel office before leaving. It's really quick if you have direct deposit.

i am trying to start my transition but i am a single parent with 3 kids and not sure what they would think. i also do not have any help or support near me. i want to be the real woman that is inside me fully but i dont know how or where to start

I'm trying to get started on HRT at the Orlando VAMC. Is anyone in the Orlando area seeing a VA doctor for HRT? I'm told the only one is in Daytona, and I'm hoping there's one local. My therapist is ready to write the referral, but he says he needs to know who to refer me to. Can anyone help with that?
