"We are One"

I just had my consultation with Dr. Zukowski on Monday the 31st. I have researched the many familiar names associated with FFS and I opted to contact Dr. Zukowski first for a couple of reasons. First location was ideal. I'm only a little more than an hour away. Second the endoscopic approach appealed to me. And thirdly I wanted someone with experience specifically in FFS, and as many of us know Dr. Z is one of the common names associated with the procedures. On arriving at the Surgery Center I was welcomed by his office staff, and they were a pleasant group. Welcoming and very nice. I met Dr. Z breifly and he talked to me a bit about his credentials and said that after a tour of the facility we'd begin our one on one. He performs the surgery on site and has a small but state of the art surgical setting. (i'm not a doctor, so I can't say what is and is not state of the art). After the tour of his facility, and the adjoining Permenant Make Up and Laser Hair Removal Center I was led to Dr. Z's office. Once we were seated he asked my concerns with my face. I have a few pix posted and your welcome to look at them and feedback is always welcome. My primary concerns are my hairline, prominant brow bone, and my brows themselves (wanting a lift). He agreed that those were very dominant male features and that I needed a brow reduction, hair line lowering and lift of the brows, he descibed to me why endoscopic was premeire in FFS. After agreeing that my upper face needed refining he suggested cheek implants, rhinoplasty, lip lift, jaw revisions, tracheal shave, fat injections in various areas of my face. At the end of the consult I think it was established that I needed a full FFS. And I don't disagree completely, I think I was surprised a bit at the sheer volume of all the procedures and was thinking of the $ signs as we're going along. But the price quoted wasn't over the top. And I am looking into financing now. But before I do I will consult with one more surgeon. I don't think it's the best idea to only meet with one doctor on anything, and especially something so life changing as this. I may have babbled and if you've read this far thank you...If anyone has any suggestions or advice. Or if you'd like to ask me anything feel free to contact me. Much love and Happy Transitions. I was wondering what you to finance your FFS?
