I have had full blood tests, full physical and every lab they can come up to be sure I have no trace of cancer anywhere. My hormones were a huge question the testosterone is under 120 and a nonexistent prostrate was found ( no chance of cancer there). Normal total testosterone levels range from 300 - 1000 ng/dL. I had also a chromosome test and it states my results are 47,XXY which is Klinefelter syndrome.
For the longest time what I was expressing to friends and family I was female and was laughed at or made fun of or was told it was a phase in my life, well for all medical and legal matters I am genetically female, the only male existence is the penis. I have estrogen in my body at the level 45, the average female is between 25 – 75. I am now officially just using estrogen, no spiro and no pre estrogen. The estrogen is used to balance my mood swings to a level where I am happy (laughing okay) where as also my period still is present. I could never figure out why I was not put on spiro or anything other than estrogen, I know now. The chemo for my cancer altered my hormones a bit which also cause 3 blood clots which is being taken care of with thinners. The original doctor tried to say it was my estrogen but soon discovered my body was producing that through my uterus, she since recanted that theory and is no longer my doctor.
My suggestion is to get a second or third opinion for hormones if you are having chemo, Chemo will alter the outcome as it did me. Now I just wish my boobs would stop hurting lol.
By the way I have been cancer free now for 6 months, from a stage 3 lung cancer.

I feel reasonably sure I am 47XXY mosaic, which means some cells would be 46XY like the two they looked at.
I am very happy for you that you are clear of the cancer. My hopes for a long and cancer free life go with you.
My unaltered T was only 410. Now it is down to 140.
