Jocelyne, You are not a civilian. You're a retired Marine. You know they could still call you back. But, I don't think they'd keep you. Go Girl!! and good luck. I'd give you a hoot, but as ex-Army I just can't.

I saw you commented on the Prior Military discussion question. I'm prior military and also a fed employee. May I ask you are full time or out at work? I'm sending you a friends invite so we can see each others profiles. I'd like chat sometime. I am seriously considering transitioning and it would be cool if there was a gal out there that has been down that path within the Fed community I could talk to.

36 years active duty and national guard Air Force. Enjoyed it almost as much as my CDing...

Four years in US Marines, & 16 as a Fed employee. I know that quite a few of the gals I know here locally are prior Military, not sure of the ration, I've never done a pole, but I'm thinking the % is substantial, guessing 25 or 30%. That's totally a guess.
