Implants...Saline or Inflatable which is best ?

Had saline 2 times , NEVER AGAIN....cohesive gel is the way to go!

I would say that under ther breast is the best way to go for any breast implant as it give the surgeon more fredom to manipulate the cavity the he/she creates and the outcome is easier to determin. BA in Transwomen for many is a procedure simular to breast reconstructive surgery than your standard BA and giving the surgeon that freedom to work his/her skills to the fullest is best. I would say let your doctor do most of the driving and do what they recomend. I would not sorry about scarring under the breast as they fade so fast and is hardly noticable.

Well Im getting Cohesive Gel ones now, as I have seen the surgeon and i have surgery booked for the 10th March. Besides BA im doing full rhinoplasty and feminization of the nose, Lip augmentation (lip implants) and then finally botox when my nose has healed.

I have had my saline implants for 10 years now. I have not had any problems. I had an areolar  reconstruct at the same time. That is what hurt. After about a week it just felt like any other cut. I also have not seen the "Plastic Doc" in a while and maybe it is time to see him. New stuff comes out all the time. I guess maybe I should ask about the gels?
