"We are One"

I have been doing self-injections for 4 months now. The needle is long and it goes in deep. I surprised myself by not having any problem doing it. I never thought to ask my doctor and I may next visit, but I was wondering if there is a problem exercising (power walking) right after".

Thanks

Kim

No, but I do mine (yes I still do HRT) at night.  Doctor said that was a good time because that is when the body rest and rebuilds it self.

If you inject it in your leg or butt there could be some soreness, but nothing major. If you wait a couple hours the E may have started metabolizing and could slow down your adrenaline and lower your endurance. That is a guess though, just based I the idea than an injection is a slam to your system. A lot of E at once!

I went swimming shortly after i.m injection.
